This course is designed for high school students, but may be taken by eligible middle school students. Algebra IA students will study the foundational skills of Algebra including equations, multi-step word problems, geometry basics, linear graphing and quadratic equations.
Students will complete Lessons 1-60 this year and complete Lessons 61-120 next year. This approach allows us to dive deep into the subject with extra review. TRA will provide all tests and assessments.
Curriculum: Saxon Algebra 1 Textbook, 3rd Edition. Students will do all of their work on paper and keep it in their binder. A scientific calculator is required. Students are not permitted to use the Solutions Manual.
1.0 Credit (Algebra I)
